How to deal with mobile/social media addiction?

A very warm welcome to all of you. Today I am writing about social media addiction which is a major problem for most of us. I will tell you three practical ways which can solve your problem.

So let's start.......

In today's modern digital world smartphones and social media are very important parts of our lifestyle. And gradually it submerged in our day to day life also.
Definitely it is the world's most useful and wonderful creation which has the power to transform our lives. On the other hand, it is the world's most useless and destructive thing which has the power to destroy this whole universe if we became its slave.
Someone said very well that...

"MOBILE PHONES ARE VERY GOOD SLAVES,
BUT THEY ARE WORST MASTERS."

Let's move to the solutions of mobile/social media addiction:-

~Being social to leave social media.

The problem of today's generation is that people are social and know peoples only on social media. So, my first solution is that the more we socialize the less we spend time on social media platforms.

~Finding our new interests.

The next thing that I like to suggest is that by dividing our precious time on productive things of our interest will also help us to leave our social media addiction.

~Being technical to deal with technology.

Now I am going to suggest a very useful mobile app which helps you to monitor your time on social media. And by this application you can monitor and reduce your time on mobile.
The name of this app is "YOUR HOUR".
I am also pasting it's linked there so you can easily download this useful application.

I am also using this application for the last 4 months.

So, these are some suggestions on how to control our time on mobile phones and social media.

I like to end this article with some lines of poet Shailesh Loda Ji......

"सादगी थी,सहजता थी,बंदगी थी|
ये  WhatsApp और FaceBook नहींं थे ना तब ज़िंदगी थी!"
